Spring Fling Spritz

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. El Tequileño Blanco Tequila
  • 3 oz. Schweppes Grapefruit
  • 0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz. Honey Syrup (or Agave)
  • Sparkling Wine or Soda Water, to top
  • Grapefruit Slice or Edible Flower, to garnish

Method

  1. Add El Tequileño Blanco, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, and honey syrup into a shaker with ice
  2. Shake lightly until chilled
  3. Strain into an ice-filled wine glass
  4. Top with Schweppes Grapefruit and a splash of sparkling wine or soda water
  5. Gently stir to combine
  6. Garnish with a grapefruit slice or edible flower and serve
