Ingredients

2 oz White Oak Rum
1 oz Fresh lime juice
1 oz Mango puree (or fresh mango blended)
1 oz Simple syrup (adjust to taste)
Fresh mint leaves (about 8-10)
Club soda (to top)
Mango slices and mint sprigs (for garnish)

Method

In a shaker, gently muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup
Add White Oak Rum, lime juice, and mango puree to the shaker with ice.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
Add a splash of Schweppes club soda
Garnish with a mango slice and a sprig of mint.
