Caposaldo Cucumber-Mint Sparklers

Ingredients

  • 1-inch piece of Cucumber finely chopped (without seeds)
  • ½ ounce Fresh lime juice that’s the juice from about half a lime
  • 1½ ounces Nemiroff De Luxe
  • 2 teaspoons Mint simple syrup recipe below
  • 3 ounces Caposaldo Prosecco

For the Mint Simple Syrup:

  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Fresh mint leaves

Method

  1. Make mint simple syrup
  2. Muddle cucumber and lime juice in a cocktail shaker
  3. Add Nemiroff De Luxe, simple syrup and ice cubes and shake until shaker becomes frosty
  4. Strain into a glass and top with Prosecco
  5. Garnish with cucumber slice and mint sprig
