Spring Fling Spritz

Ingredients

1.5 oz. El Tequileño Blanco Tequila
3 oz. Schweppes Grapefruit
0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 oz. Honey Syrup (or Agave)
Sparkling Wine or Soda Water, to top
Grapefruit Slice or Edible Flower, to garnish

Method

Add El Tequileño Blanco, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, and honey syrup into a shaker with ice
Shake lightly until chilled
Strain into an ice-filled wine glass
Top with Schweppes Grapefruit and a splash of sparkling wine or soda water
Gently stir to combine
Garnish with a grapefruit slice or edible flower and serve
